What happens after I submit a ticket?
Your question will be entered into our ticketing system, where you will receive an auto-response letting you know that your question was successfully received. You can expect a response from our team within a business day of receiving your inquiry.
I just purchased a course. How do I access it?
You will immediately receive an email receipt. After that, you should expect a second email welcoming you to our course, which provides you with instructions on how to use your login information to access the course. Take a look at this example video below.
Where is my Zoom URL to join a live event?
Please take a look for the email with your login instructions to access your course. The details to join the live event are on the Course Portal. If this is a Saturday workshop, you may email our team for extra help. Our Moderator is available 30 minutes prior to the start of the live workshop to address any technical issues. Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I can't make it to a live event? Or what if I have to come late?
You are welcome to join a session late. When you join, you will automatically be muted, but you will have the opportunity to unmute and ask questions live. If you are unable to make it to a live event at all, please know that we will make the on-demand recording available to you within 2 business days of the conclusion of the event. The video will be uploaded to our Course Portal for you to review.
